Credit Manor Heights respects your right to privacy and security. Any personal information that you disclose during your visit to our website will be treated as confidential.
Credit Manor Heights does not sell or release any of your personal information. Your name, address, and IP (Internet Protocol) address will not be added to any mailing lists, forwarded to any third party vendors, or used in conjunction with any website other than our own without your consent.

CREDIT MANOR HEIGHTS REFERRAL PROGRAM
Aspen Ridge Homes, Regal Crest Homes and CountryWide Homes (hereinafter “The three builders”) will provide people who refer homebuyers in Credit Manor Heights with $1,000 CDN. The Referral Reward shall be paid by cash or cheque upon the official closing of the home by the purchaser. The referral program is subject to the following terms:
- You cannot refer yourself;
- You cannot refer a person that is an existing pre-registrant or purchaser with any of the 3 builders at Credit Manor Heights
- The three builders may discontinue this Referral Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income;
- The three builders may decline a referral at anytime without giving a reason;
- You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of the three builders or Credit Manor Heights, or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of the three builders or Credit Manor Heights;
- You will not be entitled to the Referral Reward if you fail to provide the name of the referred individual, and if they are unable to provide your name. The three builders will not be liable to you with respect to any such failure. You will not earn the Referral Reward if an application is not registered or the sale falls through for any reason; and
- You acknowledge and agree that the three builders’ determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Referral Reward.
The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent the three builders, the community, its prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with the three builders or the community.
The three builders reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity.
The three builders, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to delay payment of any Referral Reward while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If it is concluded that a referral was deceptive, you agree that the three builders will not be obligated to pay any Referral Reward.
There is no limit to the number of referral rewards one can collect. However, the referral reward will only be paid once to one referring party per home that closes in Credit Manor Heights. There will never be multiple rewards paid or recipients.
